Central complaints office for students

The Rectorate has set up a central point of contact for student complaints concerning the quality of teaching and study conditions that cannot be resolved within the department or by the decentralised quality officers of the faculties.

Doctoral students should contact the Centre for Graduate Studies (ZGS).

In addition, the BUW has been a member of the "nationwide network of complaints and improvement managers and ombudspersons" (BeVeOm for short) since 2012 www.beveom.de
