Uniservice QSL - Quality in Studies and Teaching

Principles and principles

Independence - The quality officers in the faculties act as autonomously as possible when dealing with student concerns; the central complaints office also acts independently of the assignment to departments or institutions.

Confidentiality - The concerns submitted to the quality officers are treated confidentially.

Neutrality - The concerns submitted to the quality officers are treated neutrally, open-ended and solution-orientated.

Appreciation - The work of the quality officers is always carried out with appreciation of the persons concerned and the corresponding concerns.

The principles and principles of the quality officers and the central complaints office are based on the principles of the Network of Complaints and Improvement Managers and Ombudspersons in Studies and Teaching at German Universities(www.beveom.de).
